Services and engagement

Any cost segregation study or related service is governed by a separate written engagement or quote. Nothing on the Site — including submitting the estimate form — creates an engagement or a professional-client relationship on its own.

Invoices, deposits, and payments

Invoices are issued and paid through Intuit QuickBooks. A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due as stated on your invoice or engagement. Payment card and bank details are handled on Intuit’s secure systems; we do not process or store your card information. Refund and cancellation terms, if any, are as stated in your engagement or quote.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the content without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

Disclaimers
